Improving the gender balance within a Digital Customer Experience practice

 
 
 

Following a workshop with the client, we produced two comprehensive market maps identifying the female Digital Engagement Management talent within an agreed group of target companies; and the female Technical talent across a broad range of Consultancies, Technology Companies and Start-up to Scale-up’s.


Delivered 3 female Digital Engagement Manager hires & 2 female Technical Lead hires.


In collaboration with the leadership team, we developed personalised messaging and designed a set of questions that would enable us to provide valuable insights into the perception of the client within the digital community; we then analysed the responses to understand why it was challenging to attract female technical talent.

We conducted comprehensive go to market activity and engaged with a large number of target candidates in the market.
